For Professionals:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Honor accepted shifts or cancel with adequate notice
• Comply with facility policies and applicable laws

For Facilities:

• Provide accurate shift information and requirements
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Comply with all employment and healthcare regulations
• Process payments as agreed through the platform

4. Disclaimer

Important: PhillyShiftCare is a staffing marketplace platform. Facilities are responsible for workplace compliance, including but not limited to OSHA, HIPAA, and state healthcare regulations. Healthcare professionals must maintain valid credentials and are responsible for their own professional conduct.

5. Limitation of Liability

PhillyShiftCare is not liable for any disputes between facilities and professionals, workplace incidents, or issues arising from the employment relationship. Our platform facilitates connections only.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.
